
BREAKING: An official drought designation has been made for southeastern Allegany, most of Steuben and all of Potter County in Pennsylvania.
The U.S. Drought Monitor, in its weekly report, today moved the three areas shown on the map from an Abnormally Dry to a Moderate Drought alert level. It won’t be known until next week if there has been any significant change as a result of this week’s rain.
