The event, to be held at the host Cornell University Cooperative Extension – Allegany County facility at 5435 County Road 48, north of Belmont, will begin at 6PM, Wednesday, October 12.
Hands-on activities for youth will be available, along with snacks.
4-H is designed to connect youth to hands-on learning opportunities that help them grow into competent, caring, and contributing members of society.
Youth ages eight-to-18 join community clubs which can be focused on a wide range of subjects, from agriculture to food science, healthy living, robotics, fashion, and art. Cloverbud programs also are available for ages five-to-seven.
