Three public meetings, for Allegany County residents to talk with district legislators, have been scheduled this month, starting tonight in Belmont and continuing next week in the Towns of Wellsville and Willing.

District II Legislators Gretchen Hanchett and Dwight (Mike) Healy of Belmont, and John Ricci of Cuba, will be at the Amity Town Hall, 1 Schuyler Street (State Route 19), from 6PM to 7PM Monday, September 11, prior to the regular town board meeting.
Next Tuesday, September 19, District IV Legislators Gary Barnes and Steven Havey of Wellsville and James Rumfelt of Andover will meet with constituents at 7PM at the Wellsville Town Hall, 2600 Tarantine Blvd.
District III Legislators Adam Cyr of Bolivar, Dwight Fanton of Wellsville, and Debra Root of Scio will discuss issues with constituents at the same time on Thursday, September 21, at the Willing Town Hall, 1431 State Route 19 South, Wellsville.
District meetings are held for general discussion of various problems and interests involving county government, with residents of both the districts represented and the general public able to participate.
