Anticipated snow totals edge up as Steuben and Potter counties go under Winter Weather Advisory

WEATHER UPDATE: Expected snow totals have increased slightly since this morning for the impacts of a coastal winter storm which will affect Allegany County and has caused WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES for Steuben County east and Potter County, Pa., south and east from late Sunday morning into Monday, with timing depending on location.

Allegany County is projected to experience two to three inches of snow from Sunday afternoon through noontime Monday, with slightly more both south and north of I-86 in the eastern part of the county.

Steuben and Potter counties are forecast for the higher end of the range, as shown on the primary map from the National Weather Service (NWS) at Buffalo, with also includes our insets from forecast offices in Binghamton and State College, Pa.
