For those who have thought about an art or craft project but lacked the tools, the library has a small collection of items which can be borrowed, including two artist drawing boards, round nose jewelry pliers, dotting tools for mandala painting, nail art, and other purposes, and two small weaving boards.
Two tools can be borrowed at a time for one week with one renewal.
A screen printing kit also is available which includes a book, Screen Printing at Home, detailed instructions on basic screen printing, paint, wooden and plastic squeegees, silicone spatulas, two screens, contact paper for making stencils, sharpies, craft knives, masking tape, and two canvas bags to print on, all in a zippered canvas tote bag.
These kits can be borrowed for a week at a time with no renewals and all kits being limited to one per family.
