Public Safety Alert: With school about to start, the State Department of Transportation (DOT) is reminding motorists that when a school bus is stopped with its lights flashing, all motorists also must stop.
“It doesn’t matter what lane you’re in or in what direction you’re heading,” according to the DOT, “all vehicles must stop.”
