The 18-piece Russell Scarbrough Big Band will perform in a free public concert Friday night at Houghton University.
The event will be held from 7:30PM to 9PM in the Wesley Chapel at 1 Willard Avenue and will feature songs from a new album, Fun Times, which was released over the summer.
The band leader of the Western New York musicians is director of both the Houghton Jazz Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra.
