Daylight Saving Time starts at 2AM Sunday when clocks “spring forward” one hour and U.S. residents lose an hour of sleep until Fall.
Getting to work or church an hour late are common results of the annual time change as individuals and families add an hour of light to the end of their days.
The change continues until Sunday, November 5, when clocks fall back an hour.
