Early voting starts next weekend in five towns only for Republican primary to be held June 27

Early voting will start next Saturday at Belmont and Friendship for Republican Primary contests for local offices this year in only the five Allegany County Towns of Allen, Almond, Angelica, Friendship and Wirt.

Voters will be offered the voting opportunity at various times over nine days at the county Board of Elections at 8 Willets Avenue (State Route 19), Belmont, and at the Friendship Bingo Hall, 6 East Main Street, with voting also occurring at local polling places in all five of the towns from 6AM to 9PM on Tuesday, June 27.

Times and dates for early voting are on the graphic accompanying this story, with candidates seeking the Republican nomination in the second graphic, including town supervisor in Almond, council members in Allen, Angelica, Friendship and Wirt, and highway superintendent in Wirt.
