The Allegany County Faith Community Health Ministry Network is designed to assist churches and community groups in Allegany County and beyond in developing health ministry networks.
These networks, which can include just one or many individuals interested in any number of various health issues, identify areas of needs within congregations and communities and then work together both within an organization and with others to help address various needs.
Health ministry councils can be comprised of healthcare professionals or simply individuals who are intersted in inproving various issues of holistic health — physical, mental/emotional and spiritual.
