The Andover Volunteer Ambulance Corps will be giving out free bike helmets to those in need of one tomorrow at its facility at 8 Chestnut Street.
The annual Andover 4th of July also will start at 10AM on Independence Day with a parade along Main Street to the Andover Central School, 31 Elm Street, for a full day of activities. Fireworks will start at dusk.
