New York Gov. Kathy Hochul today provided a long list of items she wants to address with the State Legislature this year in her first State of the State message as a full-term governor.

Housing, public safety and mental health garnered leading focuses, but local government land use controls, the minimum wage, child care and more are included among her 147 initiatives set forth in an accompanying 277-page document which she calls Achieving the New York Dream.
