Greater chance for rain and thunderstorms now forecast for Labor Day Weekend

Unfortunately, the forecast for great weather throughout the Labor Day weekend has been modified, with various degrees of rain and thunderstorm potential now being projected on different days.

In addition, the accompanying map from the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Prediction Center, is showing a Marginal Risk for excessive rain Sunday in the southern-most part of Allegany County and the rest of the Southern Tier of New York and most of Pennsylvania.
