Be Aware. Be Prepared. Stay Safe.TM and continue to monitor for any updates in regard to hazardous weather Saturday.

Be aware, in particular, for the health of the young, the elderly and disabled, and those working outside today, staying as cool as possible and staying hydrated with plenty of water. Several libraries which are open today can serve as cooling centers.

Turn Around Don’t Drown during heavy rains, as has occurred in other locations, with as little as six inches of rapidly moving water being able to knock an individual off their feet and 12 inches carrying away a small car.
