Kinley Construction of Arlington, Texas, has released a video in regard to establishment of its new Kinley Advanced Technical Services (KATS) Division in Wellsville.
The new firm, employing some 20 persons at the former Dresser-Rand facility, provides service, maintenance and parts manufacturing for a wide range of industrial engines, equipment and components.
