
BREAKING: A Marginal Risk for severe weather, as we reported yesterday morning, is possible this afternoon, now over an expanded area of the Southern Tier and Allegany County’s Pennsylvania neighbors, with additional storms possible over the weekend.
This US National Weather Service Buffalo NY graphic summarizes the potentials, with wind damage being the greatest risk this afternoon, isolated storms Saturday afternoon, and an additional Marginal Risk for possibly more severe weather Sunday afternoon and night.
Humid conditions will continue through the weekend, according to forecasters, with temperatures reaching the mid-to-high 80s during the day and then dropping into the 60s during nighttime hours.
