Raising responsible and competent teenagers and getting them connected are the subjects of a three-part online parenting series next month.
The Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) is bring presented by the Allegany Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (ACASA) from 6PM to 7PM Wednesdays from April 12 to 16.
