EARLY ALERT: An inch or two of snow in Allegany County, followed by freezing rain which may accumulate up to .02 inches of ice, is being forecast for Tuesday by the National Weather Service (NWS) at Buffalo and its Weather Prediction Center (WPC).
The amount of freezing rain, before changing over to rain early Wednesday, is expected to be greater to the north, with lesser amounts to the south in Pennsylvania.
