
EARLY ALERT: The fringes of a strong coastal storm are expected to reach Allegany County Sunday afternoon and night, with greater impacts to the east, and the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Prediction Center currently forecasting an additional storm on Wednesday into Thursday.
The top map, from the NWS at Buffalo shows the pattern for tomorrow, with NWS offices at Binghamton and State College providing anticipated snow totals for counties to the east and south of Allegany in the two bottom graphics. Snow amounts haven’t yet been published as of this writing for the Buffalo forecast office.
