Tornado Watch in effect for most of New York State and much of Pennsylvania until 9PM today

A TORNADO WATCH has been posted by the National Weather Service (NWS) Storm Prediction Center (SPC) for nearly all of New York and much of Pennsylvania until 9PM today (Wednesday).

A TORNADO WARNING, following a SEVERE STORM WARNING, was issued shortly before noon for Chautauqua County due to rotation seen on radar. No reports are available as of this writing as to impacts.
