Weather Prediction Center (WPC) of the National Weather Service impact map through 1AM Wednesday.

A 24-hour WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY remains in effect through 6AM Wednesday for Allegany and varying for other times in adjoining counties in the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Pennsylvania, with the forecast of maximum potential icing conditions more than doubling locally to a tenth of an inch during the storm period.

However, different National Weather Service (NWS) graphics are showing variations, due to changing conditions, depending on production times and the website where they are published, with rain, freezing rain, sleet and snow all in the projections at different times.

The Coudersport area in neighboring Potter County, primarily south and east, continues to show the greatest potential for ice, with accumulating projections of up to a quarter inch over the storm period.
