Two free concerts have been scheduled for March at the David A. Howe Public Library in Wellsville.

The first group, the Emerald Isle Irish Band, will play from 7PM to 8PM next Thursday, March 9, in the facility’s auditorium at 155 North Main Street.
The Western New York-based trio mixes traditional and contemporary Irish, nautical, and Scottish songs and instruments with humor and storytelling, using a variety of instruments including the banjo, accordion, guitar, penny whistle, mandolin, fiddle, harmonica, and spoons and bone.
On Thursday, March 23, also at 7PM, the Mystic Twangers Band will perform.

Led by singer-songwriter A.G. Twanger, his five-piece band will bring to life the original music from their last three albums as well as a new song from their latest upcoming release called Walking in a Dream.
