
BREAKING: The US National Weather Service Buffalo and US National Weather Service State College PA have issued unexpected WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES, starting at 4PM today for Potter and McKean counties in Pennsylvania and 6PM for Allegany and Cattaraugus counties in New York, with some similar impacts in Steuben County.
Fair weather will start the day in Allegany County, NY, before turning to rain and then snow, particularly over higher elevations to the south, with three-to-six inches expected before morning in the highest impacted areas.
