A free evening block party, hosted by the Wellsville Salvation Army – Wellsville, NY, with participation from area churches, will be held Monday, October 31, in the village.
The 5PM to 7PM annual event will use much of East Pearl Street, the organization’s location, and will feature a bounce house, games, food and candy.
Children are encouraged to be in costumes, with adult supervision required.
