Wind Advisory posted for Allegany County and most of Upstate New York starting tomorrow morning

WEATHER ALERT UPDATE: Tomorrow’s wind conditions have been upgraded to a WIND ADVISORY from 4AM tomorrow to 1AM Thursday for Allegany County, with other timing for much of Upstate New York.

The US National Weather Service Buffalo NY also has issued a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY for Cattaraugus and Wyoming counties west for 4PM tomorrow through 1PM Thursday.

Rain also is forecast to start near daybreak locally, transitioning to snow during the weather event.
